In three years, Joshua “Josh” Hardwick has gone from having only a tech support background to working as a CNC machinist and then a team leader before becoming operations leader at W.H. Bagshaw Co. Inc. (Nashua, New Hampshire). In his current position as operations leader, he supervises the safety and tech teams, and continues to grow within his role. He has completed a Loss Control Academy program and is highly involved with the internal ISO audits. Hardwick is dedicated and lives up to his position as a leader within the company.
